Homeowners for an Affordable New York is a statewide, multi-faceted coalition seeking to create a more livable New York State. Our approach acknowledges the nuances of the different housing needs throughout the State while still being anchored in three core tenets.

1. New York needs diverse housing opportunities that differ from region to region, that enable individuals and families, renters and homeowners, to stay in New York, grow in New York, and succeed in New York.

2. New York is in a housing and affordability crisis and must build its way out of it.
