SEQR streamlining & pro housing planning (The Governor’s proposal for SEQR Reform with elements of the legislature’s bill A6283/S3492 and A3446/S5194) to build more homes faster.
Homeownership access (A5841; A787/S3150; A5098/S6574) so families can buy and build equity.
Rent law repair fixes (IAI/MCI and LRHRA) and TRIE (S1805/A1877) to bring units back online and support rent-burdened tenants.
Court reforms to cut backlogs and improve fairness (A1100/S3849; A4669/S6772; NYC court diversion).
